These terms govern access to Gallery Flow, an early-stage service developed by Orishnal. By accepting an invitation or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

Accounts and access

Access is invitation-only. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your email account, and use Gallery Flow only within the workspace and role assigned to you.

Workspace responsibilities

Each gallery controls the information placed in its workspace and is responsible for having authority to process customer, artwork, order, and production information. Workspace owners and administrators control membership and partner access.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious material, or use it in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Early-stage service

Features may change during early access. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, data, or the service. Commercial terms will be presented before paid use begins.

Third-party services

Gallery Flow depends on third-party infrastructure and integrations. Their availability and terms may affect parts of the service.

Ownership

You retain rights in information you submit. Orishnal retains rights in Gallery Flow, its software, design, documentation, and branding. You grant the permissions needed to host and process submitted information to operate the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The early-access service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
