Gallery Flow is being developed by Orishnal to help galleries and production partners coordinate customers, artwork, orders, production, and delivery.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, workspace membership and role information, customer and order records entered by authorized users, communications, billing status, feature usage, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Gallery Flow, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, deliver requested communications, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse, and support customers.

Service providers

Gallery Flow relies on service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for email, Stripe for subscription billing, Reflag for feature delivery, and Cal.com for scheduled conversations. These providers process information according to their own terms and our configuration.

Access and sharing

Workspace data is available only to authorized members. Production partners receive access only to records assigned to their organization. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information while it is needed to operate the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use access controls, encrypted transport, role-based permissions, and database policies designed to prevent unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable obligations and the authority of the gallery controlling the workspace.
